This July we were able to spend a week with my husband's family at a house that was rented in Hood River. It was great to get the cousins together! Papa even joined us from LasVegas. =)

Rowdy at the Spit on the Columbia river. It was great but very windy, as always. This was a cool beach that is shallow and goes out quite a ways.

We took the kids to a HUGE playground, and we hit the swings. They have ALWAYS been my favorite part! Rowdy sure enjoyed it, almost out of breathe from giggling so hard.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this moment captured on film, this is a true kodak moment. Lance and been working for months to get Rowdy to put both hands over his head when Lance says, "Hands up!" Well on this night, Lance was going thru his routine of Rowdy tricks, and got to this one and to our surprise, his hands shot right over his head and we captured this moment. The look on Rowdy's face is adorable and he was so proud of himself! He loves to do this all the time now.
Daddy gets Rowdy set up with all kinds of things to play with.
Oh how I love these dimpled little hands...
Not that the pool isn't fun enough, daddy is always getting extra creative and decided to put the slide in there too. Naked baby swimming on the front porch on a hot summer day.
Pure fun.

You pack SO much into every week--it is so much fun to see all you do. Rowdy is just the cutest baby EVER! Can't wait for his birthday party!
